Ludington has beautiful beaches, sunsets, and views of the lighthouse.
Before we arrived in Ludington, we stopped in Pentwater. We went to the Charles Mears State Park beach and found a perfect MSU outdoor bar in town to have a drink! My handsome husband...
We stayed in an adorable B&B that was within walking distance to downtown Ludington. When we first arrived at the B&B, we checked out the grounds. There were gardens, a pond, a waterfall, and a large deck. It was peaceful and quiet...
On our anniversary day, we headed into town for breakfast at the House of Flavors. They passed out wooden ice cream cones to keep track of people waiting for tables. I loved it, of course!
We got a hot tip from some of the locals at the bar the night before on which beach to go to in Ludington so that we could have the beach to ourselves! It. was. amazing!
After a day at the beach, we walked through downtown Ludington to check out the shops, galleries, and have ice cream for the second time on the trip! Before heading out for dinner, we shared a bottle of bubbly from Kristine & Brennan in the garden back at the B&B!
It was a pefect weekend! I will leave you with the beautiful Lake Michigan sunset....
Love, Lis
